Thank you for your interest in becoming an Olgam Life donor! You are welcome to stop by at any time, no appointment necessary.
Just be sure to bring:
1. Your current, unexpired ID 2. Proof of address within 50 miles of a center (a piece of mail or a bill with your full name and address will do) 3. Your social security card or a tax document with your full name and SSN displayed
The center will help you complete a health questionnaire and conduct a quick physical to determine your eligibility. After each successful donation, you will be paid between $50-$70 in NYC and between $50-$100 in Florida.

I am a Brooklyn native, new to plasma and enjoying every minute of it. I've been at the Howard Beach location since it opened in July of 2022. Outside of Olgam, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.
Our plasma donation process uses the highest safety standards in a sterile environment and a cutting edge automated system for faster donation times. Our staff receives ongoing training to help ensure the most pleasant experience possible for our donors.

When you arrive
You’ll be greeted by a receptionist who will review your documentation. If it’s your first visit you’ll be given a brief physical. You’ll be asked to fill out a Donor History Questionnaire, and a center technician will take a small blood sample from your finger to check your protein and hematocrit levels.

Your donation
If you’re eligible to donate, you will be taken to the donation area and seated in a comfortable reclining chair/bed, blood will be drawn, plasma will be separated from your blood, and red blood cells will be returned to your body through a process called plasmapheresis. Fear not, the process strictly follows FDA guidelines and is totally safe.

You're all set!
And you’re done! The whole process for a first-time donation is less than two hours, and subsequent visits are around 90 minutes with a VIP Donor Program for any Returning Donors. Your Olgam Life paycard will quickly reflect the added payment amount for your donation. Be sure that you drink plenty of fluids, eat a healthy meal and refrain from strenuous activities for the remainder of the day.

We’re a Queens-based plasma donation company seeking to improve the lives of millions who desperately need human-based therapies. Our Queens center can be found at 78-15 Linden Blvd, Queens, 11414. We’re opposite Walgreens and next to Inner Force One. You can’t miss us.
We use our center as a force for good in our Queens community, offering donors the chance to supplement their income and help others in desperate need of plasma to fight immune diseases and genetic conditions.
