what makes us different
Other plasma donation services are primarily subsidiaries of major biotech companies with no connection to their source communities. Olgam Life is committed to our donors, offering an essential service that provides benefits to community members locally, while distributing this valuable resource to those who need it most. Olgam’s community-based approach enables us to meet the needs of the donors we see every day on a personal level. In the end, we’re beholden to our donors, not the bottom line of some large biotech corporation.
Olgam Life was founded in 2020 with the purpose of providing convalescent plasma for COVID-19 patients free of charge. We opened our first center in Brooklyn.
2021
pivoting our purpose
Once hospitals no longer required convalescent plasma, the company pivoted to source plasma for the purposes of fractionation and medicines that help treat patients with autoimmune diseases, rare bleeding disorders, and various vaccines.
2022 & 2023
opening our 8th location
We have only continued to grow since 2020, opening a further 5 locations. Our most recent center opened this summer on Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn!

Opening our 9th and 10th locations in Fordham and East Harlem
