I have been in the plasma industry for two years and am passionate about providing the best experience for our donors. To me, the most important part of this job is customer service—ensuring that every donor walks out with a smile. Since many of our Jamaica donors visit us twice a week, I consider them family. Born and raised in Brooklyn, I understand the culture and diversity of our donors. As a team, we want you to keep helping the communities around us
